Special provisions
- After delivery by the city administration, the ticket holder is responsible for keeping the tickets carefully.
- Print your ticket on one side only. Tickets on a digital medium will not be accepted at the entrance to the event.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Tickets are only valid for the date and time slot stated on the ticket.
- Visitors with a ticket with a reduced fare must be able to prove at the box office that they are entitled to the stated fare.
- It is permitted to take photographs or recordings.
- It is forbidden to smoke, eat or drink in the location.
- The location is partially wheelchair accessible.
